  • Michael has over 30 years in the international hospitality and retail food and beverage industries. Specialising in the natural and organic food industry, he has developed successful retail programs for both casual and premium market. Michael has worked with global brands including Whole Foods Market, John Lewis, Selfridges, Daylesford Organic, delivering transformative customer experiences and robust operational systems.

    Michael was culinary trained at Johnson & Wales University with a degree in food service business management. Undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina. He holds certifications in UK Import and Export.
