Kate serves as Principal of FarMM, where she leverages her expertise as a seasoned communications advi­sor and Non-Executive Director (NED) specialising in food, communities, and markets. She was the Director of Communications and Engagement at Borough Market for 12 years, where she shaped the market's global brand and championed the role of food in building communities and driving sustainability. Additionally, Kate sits on the Mayor of London's Markets' Board and the London Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, a philan­thropic organization supporting women in hospitality.

Kate holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
