Previously, Didier led the global growth of Time Out Group's market division and held senior roles at renowned brands like Hakkasan, Selfridges, Harrods, and Daylesford Organic.
His international experience spans Europe, Asia and the Middle East, contributing to his deep expertise in the field. Didier graduated from Lausanne Hotel Management School.
